Robert H. Jackson, Assistant Attorney General, January 8, 1938

Willing to Assume Mantle--Robert H. Jackson of New York, monopoly-attacking Assistant U.S. Attorney General, is shown as he attended a luncheon in New York January 8, at which he said he was willing to be a democratic candidate for Governor of New York if he were the choice of the party.
