On Feb. 2, 1946, French Prosecutor M Faure questioned Jaccobus Vorrink, a Dutch Senator and President of the Socialist Party of the Netherlands regarding the nazification of Holland. He was cross examined by EDR. Gustav Steinbauer, Counsel for the Defendant Seyss-Inquart, inquired regarding the ruling indviduals and tried to obtain testimony regarding Seyss-Inquart’s benevolent rule.
