Visiting Guidelines

The Robert H. Jackson Center is open for small group tours. Docent-led tours are available from 10am-2pm on weekdays. Saturday tours are available by appointment. We are following NY State guidelines, and we look forward to welcoming you.

To ensure the safety of the staff, docents and public, please adhere to the following Phase 4 protocols while visiting the Center:

  1. You are strongly encouraged to call our office at 716-483-6646 to schedule your small group tour. Per NY State guidelines, the small groups must be members of the same household or party. If you walk in without making an appointment for a tour and there is a tour in progress, you will be asked to schedule your tour for another time.

  1. Masks are required when visiting the Robert H. Jackson Center. If you do not bring your own mask, one will be provided to you. If you cannot or will not wear a mask, you will not be able to tour the Center at this time.

  1. You will be required to sign in at the Center. To comply with New York State’s COVID-19 contact tracing guidelines, you will need to provide the Center with the date of your visit, your name, and your contact information.

  1. If you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, please stay home. You can always call the Center to reschedule your tour for another time. We want you to be safe and healthy.

Jackson Center programming will continue to be offered in a virtual format during this time. Our website and social media channels will be updated regularly. Thank you for your interest and cooperation with these guidelines.
