Student Ambassadors Alexa and Fletcher

Volunteers are essential to running our non-profit organization. The Center welcomes individuals who would like to give back to the community and help promote our mission. Our volunteers are retired teachers, business professionals, students, and dedicated community members who enjoy connecting with others, working alongside our staff and promoting the legacy of Justice Jackson.

Currently, the Center has over 20 volunteers that serve as docents, coordinate student and teacher outreach in local schools, provide event support, assist with office tasks, bulk mailings and serve on various committees. Our volunteers set their own schedules based on their availability. You can give back weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.

“I volunteer at the Robert H. Jackson Center because I taught history for 34 years and have a special connection to Jackson.  He graduated from Frewsburg High School, the same school I worked at years later.  Now, I have the opportunity to tell many others about Jackson’s amazing career.  It is great to meet new people from all over the world who come to the Jackson Center for a tour and for our many educational programs.”                                                  -Mel Feather – Docent

As a volunteer you will receive advance notice on Center programs and events, an invitation to our quarterly volunteer luncheons and recognition in our annual newsletter.
