9:15-9:30 AM: Awarding of the Impunity Watch Essay Contest Summer Institute winner, introduced by Drew Beiter and the Editor in Chief of Impunity Watch Ann Seyse.

9:30-10:30 AM: Keynote Speech: Ben Ferencz. Introduced by Professor Michael Scharf, Case Western University School of Law.

10:30-11:00 AM: Break

11:00 AM-12:30 PM: Updates from the current prosecutors, moderated by Professor John Q. Barret from St. John's School of Law. Fletcher Hall.

12:30-1:30 PM: Lunch. Athenaeum Hotel.

1:30-2:00 PM: Keynote: Judge Hans-Peter Kaul, a Vice President of the International Criminal Court, to be introduced by Professor Leila Sadat. Fletcher Hall.

2:30-4:00 PM: A Dialog on the Crime of Aggression with John Washburn, Bill Pace & Ben Ferencz. Moderated by Professor David Scheffer, Center for International Human Rights & Northwestern University School of Law.
