On November 15, 2004, Albany Law School, which Robert H. Jackson attended during the 1911-12 academic year, hosted a special Jackson tribute evening featuring speakers Judge Victoria Graffeo, Phil C. Neal and John Q. Barrett.

In this academic year marking 50 years since Justice Jackson’s death, the Albany Law Review is dedicating its current volume 68 to the memory of its School's very distinguished alumnus.  The Law Review's Fall 2004 issue includes the following essays by some of Justice Jackson’s relatives, friends, colleagues and close observers:

Memorial service marking the 50th anniversary of Justice Jackson's death was held at St. Luke's Episcopal Church in Jamestown. The sermon was delivered by Rev. Moritz Fuchs (body guard of Justice Jackson's at Nuremberg).
