Elizabeth S. Lenna Fairbank, one of the Jackson Center’s original benefactors and a member of the Jackson Center Board of Directors has been a key to its success.

She believes it is important to appropriately memorialize Justice Jackson for the remarkable contributions he made to our country and to the world. She is a champion of the Jackson Center and of many other community organizations. Enriching the lives of residents and visitors of the Southern Tier has been a way of life for Betty Lenna Fairbank.

Her involvement with groups in the Chautauqua region are far reaching. She is particularly proud of the Elizabeth S. Lenna Hall and Catholic House at Chautauqua Institution. Her degree of Doctor of Humane Letters, honoris causa and Gaudete Medal from St. Bonaventure, the Paul Harris Fellow award from the Rotary Foundation of Rotary International, and her founding member and trustee role with the Chautauqua Region Community Foundation.
